Banco de Venezuela enables balance inquiry via WhatsApp

Customers of Banco de Venezuela (BDV) can now have the information of their balances at hand, through the instant messaging platform WhatsApp, refers to the institution's press release

The Institution enabled this service through its virtual assistant Eva, where customers only have to send the word "balance" to the numbers 0416-6270002 / 0412-2766581 / 0414-4669916, from the telephone number they have affiliated with the service Clavemobile, and they will receive the information automatically, with the amount of their accounts.

This query is part of the range of self-management services that Banco de Venezuela offers its clients, which allows them to have financial information available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from anywhere, thus taking the Bank to them to your hands.
