The head of Russia's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense troops, Igor Kirillov, presented in Geneva evidence of the creation of biological weapons by the United States (USA) in Ukraine.
Kirillov recalled that between September 5 and 9, a summit of the signatory countries of the Biological Weapons Convention was held after the United States and Ukraine violated articles I and IV of said convention.
At the summit, held at the request of Russia, Moscow denounced the creation of biological weapons by the US.
"The summit participants were given copies of real documents, previously announced by the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as material evidence confirming that biological weapons programs were being conducted on the territory of Ukraine," Kirilov said, as quoted by the Russian Ministry of Defense. Sputnik.
During the summit, Kirillov pointed out that the Ukrainian side ignored all questions about violations of the Convention and the storage of biological agents in different facilities.
"The Ukrainian side completely ignored questions about the unjustified storage of dangerous biological agents at the facility and the revealed gross violations of the conditions of their accumulation," Kirillov said at the briefing.
Thus, for example, at the Mechnikov Institute hazardous biomaterials were stored in the stairwells, and no system to control access to pathogens worked.
As you may recall, at the beginning of March, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, denounced that military-biological weapons were being developed in Ukraine, with funding from the US Department of Defense.
US admits biological experiments
The head of the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense troops pointed out that the US admitted that biological experiments were carried out in which Ukrainian citizens of low socioeconomic levels, as well as patients from psychiatric clinics, were used as experimental subjects.
"The explanations of the US and Ukraine were not at all convincing regarding the extraction of strains and biomaterials from Ukrainian citizens, as well as compliance with ethical standards when conducting studies on military personnel, poor civilians, as well as one of the most vulnerable strata of the population - patients in psychiatric clinics," the Russian high command said, as quoted by Sputnik.
During the discussion of these issues, the US delegation admitted these facts, claiming that the delivery of samples of pathogenic biomaterials to the US was “rare,” the Russian Ministry of Defense added. The delegations also did not answer why they urgently destroyed documents on military-biological activities in Ukraine.
In investigations, Russia had revealed the existence of more than 30 biolaboratories of the Pentagon in Ukraine.
Similarly, it was shown that the investment fund Rosemont Seneca, belonging to Hunter Biden, son of the president of the United States, Joe Biden, financed the Pentagon Military Biology Program in Ukraine.
