Approximately 100 people, including Ukrainian officials, are involved in the United States (USA) biological program in Kiev, the head of the Russian forces for radioactive, chemical and biological protection, Igor Kirilov, revealed on Friday.
Kirilov revealed that private companies are also involved.
"The Russian Defense Ministry has already published the names of participants in the US military biological programs (...) today we would like to add to this list representatives of state institutions and private companies of Ukraine involved in the implementation of US military biological programs," Kirilov said, as quoted by Sputnik.
On the list are the head of the public health center of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, Vladimir Kurpita, the head of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sergei Morgun, as well as the head of Reference Laboratories of the Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Irina Demchishina.
"The Russian Investigative Committee is investigating more than 10 American citizens, as well as several officials of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, for their involvement in the implementation of these programs," Kirilov added.
Alerts about US biological program
It should be remembered that, in last september, Russia presented in Geneva, evidence of the creation of biological weapons by the US in Ukraine.
This, after a summit of the signatory countries of the Biological Weapons Convention was held after the United States and Ukraine violated articles I and IV of said convention.
At the summit, held at the request of Russia, Moscow denounced the creation of biological weapons by the US.
At that time, the head of the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense troops pointed out that the US admitted that biological experiments were carried out using Ukrainian citizens of low socioeconomic levels as experimental subjects, as well as patients from psychiatric clinics.
“The explanations of the US and Ukraine were not at all convincing regarding the extraction of strains and biomaterials from Ukrainian citizens, as well as compliance with ethical standards when conducting studies on the military, poor civilians, as well as one of the strata of most vulnerable population: patients in psychiatric clinics”, highlighted the Russian high command.
To this is added the more than 30 biolabs, found a month after the start of Moscow's special military operations on kyiv, from the Pentagon in Ukraine.
At that time, the Ministry of Defense revealed that the Rosemont Seneca investment fund, belonging to Hunter Biden – son of the president of the United States, Joe Biden, financed the Pentagon Military Biology Program in Ukraine.
Such projects achieved funding thanks to the efforts of the son of the US president, Hunter Biden, which is clear from the correspondence between him and Pentagon employees, according to Kirillov.
