90% of the educational centers that are in the capital city already have their Bricomiles to comply with the restructuring and beautification plan undertaken by the national government in schools and health centers in the country.
"The brigades have already been formed in 1.342 percent of the XNUMX schools in Caracas," reported the mayor of the Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez, during the work day this Tuesday led by President Nicolás Maduro.
He stressed that the remaining 10% corresponds to private schools, which will gradually be joining the plan care and beautification that the government undertook hand in hand with the people and the National Armed Forces.
In this sense, the public schools of the 22 parishes in the capital have already started the process of diagnosis and reporting to be attended to in a timely manner through these brigades that are part of the 1×10 Good Government.
Meléndez asserted that the staff of the Caracas mayor's office has already been working for more than three weeks together with the Bricomiles to contribute to this social policy that benefits the people.
Recovery of UEN Luis Cárdenas Saavedra advances in Caracas
For his part, the head of Government of the Capital District, Nahum Fernández, announced the progress made in the recovery of the Luis Cárdenas Saavedra National Educational Unit in El Valle through the Bricomiles.
He pointed out that they delivered the asphalt blanket, paint and other supplies for the rehabilitation of this educational center.
The Vice Minister of Secondary Education, Nancy Orduño, explained that they made a technical analysis to deliver to each school the requirements for its recovery.
"We are making a balanced distribution of resources according to their needs," he said.
Fernandez added that they are also applying the "Point and Circle" method to address the services of the communities adjacent to the school, such as paving.
In light of this, the Venezuelan head of state stressed that it is necessary to "put all schools, high schools, universities and colleges in the best conditions."
Likewise, he stressed that the objective of the Bricomiles is to recover the infrastructure of educational establishments and health centers in civic-military union.
