In a joint effort to guarantee the well-being and fundamental rights of children and adolescents, the Autonomous Institute National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (Idenna) carried out
a comprehensive approach in the commercial areas of Cojedes state.
This event, part of the Zero Vulnerability strategic plan, included the participation of the multidisciplinary team from the regional directorate of Idenna, as well as various security agencies.
During the deployment, 38 children and adolescents (NNA) and their family units were directly assisted, in an approach that prioritized nutrition and the well-being of children in vulnerable situations.
As part of the direct food assistance actions, breakfasts were distributed and comprehensive primary care was provided to the children and their families, ensuring an immediate response to their basic needs.
Regarding protection, the Idennna multidisciplinary team offered specialized advice in accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Children and Adolescents (LOPNNA). They also provided detailed guidance on work permits for adolescents and coordinated with the relevant authorities to expedite identification and documentation processes.
The successful deployment was made possible by the effective integration between the regional Idenna (National Institute for Children and Adolescents), the Protection Councils, the prevention agencies, and the citizen security forces of Cojedes state. This institutional synergy reaffirms the Bolivarian Government's commitment to building a robust protection network for the future of the nation.
