INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups of cassava starch
• 2 cups of grated white cheese type Santa Bárbara or Coriano
• 2 small eggs
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1/4 cup of full liquid milk
PREPARATION
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a deep bowl or container, combine all the ingredients to form a malleable dough, make some medium balls and place them on a baking tray covered with aluminum or waxed paper, lightly greased with margarine or butter. There we place the balls approximately two fingers apart and take them to the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until they double their size and are golden.
They are taken out and eaten hot, they can be eaten alone or with fruit jams and to accompany a cup of latte or a cup of thick hot chocolate… they are glorious!
