Guárico equips 13 community rooms with technology and furniture

Seven municipalities received equipment and supplies to strengthen community power and provide effective solutions to the community.

Technological equipment, furniture, office supplies and construction materials were received by some 13 community self-government rooms in the state of Guárico to optimize the operational conditions of these spaces and guarantee a more efficient attention to the needs of the community.

The delivery was made from the Olympic City in the plains capital, serving seven of the fifteen municipalities of Guárico: Francisco de Miranda (Calabozo), Leonardo Infante (Valle de la Pascua), Juan José Rondón (Las Mercedes del Llano), Juan Germán Roscio Nieves (San Juan de los Morros), José Tadeo Monagas (Altagracia de Orituco), Julián Mellado (El Sombrero) and Zaraza.

Governor Donald Donaire explained that the donation included computers, tables, chairs, bathroom fixtures, and paint, among other supplies for local management. "We seek to continue strengthening grassroots power so that, from these spaces, the planning and execution of community projects can be maintained," he emphasized.

The regional leader emphasized that the state currently has 261 active self-government rooms, which serve as a direct link between the communes, the communal councils and the State institutions.

For her part, Nora Rodríguez, spokesperson for the Vista Hermosa commune in San Juan de los Morros, described the tools received as "necessary and important" to strengthen popular organization and promote the work that has been carried out in order to transform the regional territory.

The distribution is expected to continue in the coming days to serve the remaining jurisdictions, the governor reported via his official Telegram channel.
