Five other people were accused of being linked to trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation in Sucre.
The detainees were caught on May 2 in an checking point when they were transporting a group of women to the pier.
The accused are: Franklin Marcano (42), José Marcano (49), José Orfila (47), Luisanny Del Carmen Villarroel (29) and Henry Mata Goitia (54). Orfila and Mata for transporters, while Villarroel and Franklin Marcano as welcoming and José Marcano for creating danger or harm to people.
