The payment of the petroaguinaldo announced by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, will be canceled through the homeland platform. To make the petro medium effective, from tomorrow until next Wednesday, December 18, a scheduled maintenance will be carried out in the homeland for the creation of the Petro Wallet, which will not affect the operation of the system.
Users will be able to see the new wallet in the Consolidated option of the Wallet section of the Patria Wallet that operates in bolivars. With the Petro Wallet the circulation of the cryptocurrency on the home platform will begin. Progressively, the options for transfer, exchange, payment will be shown, as well as the withdrawal of funds for Petroapp.
Maduro announced that payment to pensioners, retirees and public employees will begin next week.
