Lasso threatened to dissolve Parliament if it does not pass his laws

Ecuadorian President Guillermo Lasso announced that if his proposed laws are rejected by the National Assembly of that country, he will apply the "cross death" and dissolve Parliament.

The president said that the decree of "crossed death" is ready on the basis of article 148 of the Constitution that would allow him to dissolve Parliament for six months and govern by decrees that the Constitutional Court must debate.
And it is that the Legislature returned a bill for a labor regulation parallel to the current one, in which workers' rights would be violated to the extent that, if they do not obey the employer, they would have to compensate the company, which in the opinion of

Lasso will encourage employment, for which he will divide the project into three laws and present them at the same time claiming a state of national emergency.

He announced a tax law, a labor law and an investment law that he will present due to the emergency, although this is not economic but prison law.
