15 days of celebration

The Chinese New Year began on February 1 with the second moon after the winter solstice, and with it comes the longest and most important celebration of this lunar calendar, the Spring Festival. A holiday that lasts 15 days and is the equivalent of combining Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

2022 bids farewell to the year of the golden ox and we receive the year of the “Wisdom of the Water Tiger”, that is what I have called it. This Chinese New Year celebration begins on the first day of the first lunar month in the Chinese calendar and lasts for 15 days, when the full moon arrives.

Each of these 15 days that make up the celebration has its own traditions, culminating in the Lunar New Year with the Lantern Festival, a night that closes with parades and displays of decorated lanterns. The main event of this day is the Dragon Dance: beautiful dragons made of paper, silk and bamboo are held on the heads and seem to dance during the parade.

Active with the energy of these 15 days!

1. Eat a tablespoon of honey on an empty stomach. Celebrate!

2. Honor the ancestors, spend time remembering the memory of the ancestors. This will maintain the connection of respect with those who came before. Light candles, offer white flowers, remember and thank with love.

3. Honor your pets, treat them with special love, they are part of the family system. Bathe them, take them to the vet and pamper them.

4.  Consecrate health, this day the supplier must thank for everything that he provides and generates well-being and health to his offspring. Day to connect with the "god of the kitchen" from gratitude.

5.  Activate Wealth, review accounts, make financing plans, make payment agreements. It is important to recognize if you have debts.

6. Contact or visit your loved ones, day to call, send greetings or visit loved ones to share sweets. Drive away the ghost of poverty.

7. Everyone's birthday. Greet and wish long life to everyone around us. Ideal to eat fish. Celebrate life!

8. Give thanks for Heaven's blessings. Day to pray, meditate and connect with religious beliefs.

9. Day to honor the provider of the house. Sharing through a special meal activates abundance for all.

10. Share and receive visits, strengthen the bonds of love and friendship.

11. Provide and share food with others, generate “give and take”

12. Share with partners and allies. Dedicate this day to honor and celebrate with partners and allies.

13. Purify your body. Visit your doctor, exercise, start a health care plan.

15. Celebrate the first Full Moon of the year. DAY FOR LOVE. Sharing and celebrating with your partner is activating and renewing love. Red Lantern Festival

The Year of the Tiger symbolizes strength, vitality and fortune. Holidays are a time of renewal, family gatherings, eating good food and wishing good luck. Activate your prosperity! FENG SHUI IS MORE THAN DECORATION, you activate the energy of your spaces Until the next meeting. Ros Feng Shui
