The Cicpc detained a subject in Táchira because he allegedly abused his five children: four females of 9, 10 and 11 years of age and a male of five, the scientific police reported.
For this fact, Rolando Antonio Ibarra Contreras (39) was captured in the Barrio El Río sector, San Cristóbal, Táchira. Divisay Deplabos (43), mother of the abused minors, was also arrested.
According to what was investigated by the Cicpc, the man sexually abused the girls and performed lewd acts on the boy. The children's mother knew the situation and ordered her children to keep quiet so as not to get their father in trouble, explained the Cicpc. The subjects were handed over to the Public Ministry.
And in the Doradas sector, Fernández Feo municipality (San Rafael de El Piñal), Táchira, José Moisés Sánchez Quintero (39) was arrested, accused of committing sexual abuse against his 14-year-old stepdaughter. The man abused the girl several times and threatened to kill her mother if she said anything.
