The Cicpc reported the capture of Fénix Arlen Lugo Álvarez (36), allegedly involved in kidnapping and sexual abuse committed against a 17-year-old girl, the scientific police reported.
The subject's capture occurred in the Fundabarrios sector, Turmero (Ara). The man kidnapped the young woman and held her for several days in a house located in Choroní (Ara), La Pajonera sector. There he kept her against her will "locked up and subjected her to physical assaults and sexual abuse," the scientific police reported.
Lugo Álvarez was handed over to the 16th Prosecutor's Office of the Aragua State Public Ministry.
