Since 8 a.m. last Monday, Caracas firefighters have been working to extinguish the fire that broke out in the Yofran tower, located in the Palo Verde industrial zone, Sucre municipality (Miranda state). The Caracas Fire Department has published several reports on the incident via its Instagram account.
Emergency teams continued their work past the early hours of Tuesday to completely extinguish the fire that plagued the infrastructure.
The Caracas Fire Department was joined by the Aeronautical Fire Department and Civil Protection, whose personnel maintained a constant tactical deployment in the industrial zone, carrying out continuous direct attack operations, debris removal, and cooling down after the intense fire in the structure. Reports indicate that this has prevented the fire from spreading to adjacent areas.
