The Venezuelan artist Jesus Alejandro, 17, presented his first record production titled Recordando al Ídolo, in honor of the remembered Colombian vallenatero Rafael Orozco.
The young man born in Socopó, Barinas, reported that he was 13 years old when he debuted on the stage with the Binomio de Oro.
“All my life I have liked music. I have grown up in that area, my family are also singers. I have always had that love for Rafael Orozco and the Binomio de Oro, ”said the artist.
Jesús Alejandro explained that this is his first record production. “It has 8 singles, they are rerecorded vallenatos of the Binomio de Oro, but in a more current style. I have two promotional ones that are Tell me little bird and La candelosa ”.
He also mentioned that he decided to make this tribute "because I know that although he is a very great character for music, he is important for my career."
“We are thinking of making an audiovisual in Barinas of the simple Tell me little bird. In my state there are beautiful landscapes to make good material ”.
The artist is currently on a national tour to promote his album and announced that on the 31st of this month he will be awarded the Latin American Gold Award, in the category "Revelation Singer".
