More than 90 educational institutions in the municipality of Santiago Mariño (Turmero) will be addressed during the 2026-2027 school year by the Tribilín Route, a municipal program that will deploy recreational days, group dynamics and training workshops in the classrooms of the five parishes of the jurisdiction.
The beginning of these visits took place at the "Rómulo Betancourt" State Educational Unit, a space where the students participated in a multidisciplinary agenda focused on the promotion of values, self-care and community integration.
The Director of Educational Affairs for Mariño, Yeaxis Pérez, explained that in this fifth year of its history, this initiative comes with new methodological adaptations promoted by the municipal government in conjunction with the national Executive.
"The goal is to expand our educational reach and ensure that children in Mariña have access to recreational spaces and continuous learning opportunities," he stated.
During the visits to the schools, the students will be accompanied by various local organizations such as Civil Protection Mariño, the Autonomous Institute National Council for the Rights of Children, Girls and Adolescents (Idenna), the Directorate of Culture and the Office of Crime Prevention, whose teams give sessions on prevention and first aid.
In parallel, the sessions will serve as a platform to implement the regional strategy "Aragua Recycles in Education", a project coordinated with the Center for the Development of Educational Quality (CDCE) Aragua to instill practices of recycling, environmental conservation and proper waste management from the classroom.
